At Star Diaper, we aim to provide quality products and excellent service. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our return and replacement policy below.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns once the product is delivered and the packaging is opened due to hygiene reasons.
Returns are accepted only if:
You received a wrong item
The product is damaged or defective on arrival
The seal/packaging is tampered
2. Replacement Process
If your order qualifies for a replacement, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone or WhatsApp.
2. Share:
Order details (date, product name, quantity)
A photo of the defective/damaged item
3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement within 1–2 working days, subject to stock availability.
3. Conditions for Replacement
Item must be unused and in original packaging (unless damaged).
Replacement is only for the same product and size.
If the product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used diapers
Products without original packaging
Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed if the product cannot be replaced.
Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method within 3–5 business days.
